Who we are
Autora is provided by Perennis Marketing Solutions Inc., based in Alberta, Canada (“we”). These terms are between us and the business that uses Autora (“you”). By tapping “I agree” you accept them on behalf of your business.
The beta
Autora is in a free, invite-only beta. Features, limits and these terms may change. We may pause or end the beta. Autora is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.
Your account
Each shop has one owner login. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can open your sign-in emails can sign in as you. Tell us straight away at armaan@perennismarketing.ca if you think someone else has.
Claim Check and AI-written plans: a tool, not advice
Autora writes plans with AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review everything before you use it.
Claim Check is a tool, not legal advice and not advertising-compliance advice. It compares a plan's wording with the claims you approved and flags wording that looks like an unapproved claim. It does not check that a claim is true, that you can prove it, or that a post complies with advertising law (including Canada's Competition Act), industry codes or social media platforms' rules. A plan that passes Claim Check can still be misleading or non-compliant.
You are responsible for everything you publish, including claims about results, durations, warranties, materials, certifications, prices and before-and-after images. When you approve a claim, you confirm that you can back it up. If you are unsure whether something may be published, get your own legal advice.

Your content
You own your shop information, the requests you make and the plans Autora writes for you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Autora for you, including sending them to our service providers (see the privacy policy). You confirm you have the right to give us what you enter, including any website you ask us to read.
Acceptable use
- Use Autora lawfully and only for your own business.
- Don't publish false or misleading claims, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Don't enter customers' names, phone numbers or plate numbers.
- Don't try to reach other shops' information, get around limits, overload Autora, or copy or reverse-engineer it.
- Share shot list links only with people you trust to film for you; you are responsible for who you share them with.
Limits
Your plan includes a monthly number of plans and daily limits on rewrites, shown in the app. We may change limits during the beta, and we may pause an account that breaks these terms or puts Autora at risk.
Ending
You can stop using Autora at any time and ask us to close your account. We may end your access with notice, or without notice if these terms are broken. What happens to your information then is in the privacy policy.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using Autora or its plans, including losses from anything you publish, lost business or lost data. [CONFIRM: limitation of liability wording and any cap under Alberta law]
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the version above and ask you to agree again before you continue using Autora.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. [CONFIRM: governing law and venue]
